3D printing
A plastic filament is melted and laid down layer by layer until the object is formed. It is the ideal technique for three-dimensional shapes, hollow parts and prototypes.
- Three-dimensional objects and rounded shapes
- Spare parts and small mechanisms
- Prototypes and models
- Figurines and decorations
Limits: The deposited plastic leaves layer lines visible up close. Very fine details and parts that must withstand heavy loads need to be assessed case by case.
