This page explains what information we collect, why, and how you can have it deleted.

What we collect

When you send a custom request

We record your name, your email, possibly your phone number, the description of your project and any files you attach. This information is used only to assess your request and reply to you.

When you place an order

We record your name, your email, possibly your phone number and your delivery address, along with the order details. This information is used to prepare your order and hand it over to you.

We never see your bank details. Payment is handled by a specialised provider on its own servers; we only receive a payment confirmation.

When you write to us

We keep your message and your email address for as long as it takes to reply.

Cookies

Only three technical cookies, essential to the site's operation: the one that remembers your cart, the one that remembers the language you chose, and the one that keeps association members signed in to the admin area. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

Who has access to this information

Only the association members authorised to handle requests and orders. We do not sell, rent or pass on your information to anyone.

An internal notification may be sent to a private association channel to flag a new request. It contains neither your contact details nor your files.

For how long

Custom requests and attachments are kept for the duration of the project, then for three years from the last exchange. Orders are kept for as long as accounting obligations require. Contact messages are deleted once the conversation has ended.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to us at to be completed : adresse de contact stating your request and, if you have it, the relevant reference. We reply within one month.

If our reply does not satisfy you, you may contact the French data protection authority (CNIL), www.cnil.fr.

Security

The files you send us are stored outside the public part of the site and are accessible only to members signed in to the admin area. Exchanges with this site are encrypted.
