Terms of sale
Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the objects offered in the shop of to be completed : dénomination officielle dans les statuts. They do not apply to custom fabrication requests, which are the subject of a separate quote.
Custom requests
A request sent via "Make my object" is not an order: it commits you to nothing and triggers no payment. We assess feasibility and, where appropriate, send you a quote. The sale is concluded only after your explicit agreement to that quote.
Whether a prototype is made depends on the project. It is neither systematic nor free as a matter of course: where it is needed, its terms are set out in the quote.
Prices
Shop prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. to be completed : mention de TVA, ou franchise en base
The prices displayed at the time of the order are the ones that apply. We reserve the right to change them at any time for future orders.
Availability
Objects marked "in stock" are made and available. Objects marked "made to order" are produced after the order: we contact you to agree on a timeframe. We do not announce a default lead time, preferring not to promise anything we cannot keep to.
Ordering and payment
The order is confirmed after a summary that you approve. Payment is handled by a secure payment provider on its own servers. The association does not receive, store or process any bank card details.
The order is considered paid only after confirmation by the payment provider.

Delivery
Delivery is not offered at present. It will be enabled once the areas served and the rates have been settled.
Right of withdrawal
For shop purchases, you have 14 jours from receipt to change your mind, without having to give a reason. The object must be returned to us in its original condition.
This right does not apply to personalised objects or objects made to your specifications: a plaque engraved with your name cannot be resold to someone else.
Handmade objects
Our objects are made in small quantities in the workshop. Slight variations in colour, finish or surface appearance are normal and do not constitute a defect.
Complaints
An object does not suit you, arrived damaged, or does not match its description? Write to us quoting your order reference: we will look for a solution. We are an association, not a customer service department — but we reply to everyone.
Mediation
to be completed: contact details of the consumer ombudsman. Where sales are made to consumers, recourse to a mediator must be offered. This point is to be checked with the association's supervising adult before the shop actually opens.
